Food: It’s no secret that I am a fan of Pour Bistro! This is my second feature of this restaurant on my blog. This post is to shed light on how delicious those roasted brussel sprouts that are tossed in a balsamic glaze with aged shaved parmesean! It actually taste better than it looks! I would recommend changing or paying an upcharge for this side item. Lastly, I would be remissed if I did not give the seared mahi-mahi adoration as well. The Mahi-Mahi was cooked perfectly, and was a bed for the juicy grape tomatoes that were marinated in a fresh herb sauce that gushed out flavor with every bite. If you love good food, with a surprise twist of flavor then you just have to try this cute restaurant!
